Refund policy

All sales are final. If you have a question about a particular item, please email esotericavintage@gmail.com. Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and reworked garments and accessories.

Refunds and Store Credits:

Although all sales are final, we will review any returns by case. Returns seeking a refund to the original payment method may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost and/or return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund. For returns opting for store credit, no restocking fee will apply, and you will receive a digital credit for the full amount, minus the applicable shipping costs. In all cases, items must be received by esoterica within 7 days of the return agreement.

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. If a cancellation is accepted, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. Please be aware that all payment processors retain their fees immediately upon payment processing, regardless of cancellation timing or shipment status. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs due to cancellations beyond our control. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before completing your purchase; our team is readily available via email or chat and typically responds quickly!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
